Instructor Bio’s

RAE ANN BRUNO:  Rae Ann has several years experience in the Information Technology industry with emphasis on business alignment of I/T services.  She was the Director of Customer Service for Siemens Energy & Automation (SE&A) where she started an I/T training and documentation department, re-engineered the help desk, and implemented problem management and Service Level Management across the I/T organization.  She came to SE&A from Cutler_Hammer where her training team won the Cutler-Hammer Award for their innovative and successful training program, which focused on raising the computer literacy of the Cutler-Hammer sales force through organized peer training.    Rae Ann was nominated for the 2001 Computer World Premier 100 and was the recipient of the 99 Service Award from Service News.  She served on the World Leadership Team for Help Desk 2000, and is a certified trainer for STI Help Desk Professional Certification.  She has trained on leadership, team facilitation, communication skills, and measures / metrics both in corporate settings and at industry conferences.

LARRY E. DUDLEY:  Larry brings over 40 years of business experience with a focus on IT for 25 of those years.  He worked for Russell Corporation (a former Fortune 500 company) as their IT Finance Manager, as well as, served as Manager of Administrative Services, Manager of Application Programming, and as a Senior Industrial Engineer.  He also worked for Fruit of the Loom after Russell was merged with Berkshire Hathaway/Fruit of the Loom until his retirement in 2010.  In addition to his business experience, Larry has served as an instructor for Auburn University (Montgomery Campus) and Central Alabama Community College.  He served on the Technical Advisory Board for the University of South Alabama and was on the Technical Advisory Committee with the Tallapoosa County Education System.  Larry also worked with the US Government as a research assistant for the CETA (Community Education Training Act) program in Alabama.  He currently owns and runs several businesses in Alabama and serves as a consultant to the IT community.

LARRY GREEN:  Larry is President of The Leading Path, a consulting firm specializing in personal, business, and executive coaching for high performance. He has worked with a variety of clients ranging from small business owners to executives of companies like The Coca-Cola Company. He has also worked with University leaders and Church leaders. The individuals and teams he has coached come from numerous countries including the United States, Canada, Columbia, India, The United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Belgium, and Holland. Larry started his business career with ALCOA then moved to Atlanta to join The Coca-Cola Company. In his last position at The Coca-Cola Company he was the leadership coach in the Worldwide Marketing system where he taught purpose and vision in order to help business executives gain clarity on where and how to lead their organizations. He then joined McCann Erickson Worldwide as Vice President Worldwide Account Director. He was responsible for  Coca-Cola business. It was at this time his passion fully developed around the need for purpose based leadership coaching and in 2001 The Leadership Path was formed.

KATHY MILLER, PMP:  Kathy has over 25 years of experience as a project manager, recruiter and trainer.  She has managed projects and programs, recruited and trained at a variety of companies across many industries. She has worked for large companies, such as IBM and Bechtel, as well as small start-ups and mid-size companies. Kathy has been rewarded throughout her career for driving projects and developing business processes. Her experience of rescuing troubled projects, working with executives and building successful teams led her to develop practical and effective training to help people solve their pressing needs. She has trained teams in presentation skills, project management, leadership, building teams and interviewing skills at many corporations and technical associations.

LAURET HOWARD:  NASCO is owned by six BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plans and, as NASCO’s Chief Risk Officer, Lauret ensures processes are in place to protect the personal health information of 23 million BCBS members. As NASCO’s Chief Risk Officer, Lauret focuses on NASCO’s compliance with the risk management expectations of customers, the senior leadership team, NASCO’s Board of Directors and government regulators. She is responsible for developing and managing an enterprise risk management (ERM) strategy to assess, identify, monitor and reduce pertinent business risks that could prevent NASCO from achieving its objectives and goals.  By managing a well-considered ERM strategy, she can balance NASCO’s portfolio of identified and quantified risks with a portfolio of resources to derive real value for our customers.  Lauret is the President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) and is a certified Strategy Management Professional.
