Objective: This workshop is two days which consists of very interactive four-hour segments targeting key skills for customer service professionals. Not only will the participants learn best practices and proven techniques, but they will practice them in class (role plays and activities) and improve them every day at work while interacting with their customers.
The Big Picture —Understanding all the necessary elements for delivering excellent customer service. Participants will identify their strengths and areas of opportunities. An on the job assignment will be provided for the participant to work on and improve between sessions.
Communications Skills — Listening, Vocal Elements, Business acumen, etc.
Customer Service Skills — Handling Difficult Customers, Phrasing Things Appropriately, etc.
