IT Executive Development Schedule

Designed Specifically for Future Leaders

ITED is a unique Fast Track process designed by top executive trainers for individuals who have the potential to be more effective in their current responsibilities, and who are capable of taking on significantly more responsibility. All participants will engage in a detailed assessment and four (two hours each) personal one-on-one coaching sessions by a professional coach.

Instructor’s Bios:

LARRY GREEN:  Larry specializes in personal, business, and executive coaching for high performance. He has worked with clients from 10 countries ranging from small business owners to executives of The Coca-Cola Company. Larry started his career with ALCOA then moved to The Coca-Cola Company where he ultimately became the leadership coach in the Worldwide Marketing system. He later joined McCann Erickson Worldwide as Vice President Worldwide Account Director. It was at this time his passion fully developed around the need for purpose based leadership coaching and in 2001 The Leadership Path was formed. He is involved as a leader and friend at Cloud Walk.  A place where people gather from all walks of life, all nationality’s, and various faiths.  He travels nationally and internationally to coach, listen, and mentor these individuals. Larry is highly regarded as an executive coach.

RAE ANN BRUNO:  Rae Ann is President of Business Solutions Training for 13 years and customizes courses in the areas of leadership, communications, team building, organizational culture change, internal marketing and process improvement. Her Mastering the Art of Leadership training session is based on DISC behavioral profile.  She is highly regarded as an instructor, and travels nationally and internationally to teach, speak, and consult.   She had several years’ experience in the Information Technology industry before starting her own training company.  She was the Director of Customer Service for Siemens Energy & Automation where she re-engineered the help desk, and implemented problem management and Service Level Management.   Previously she led training teams at Cutler Hammer.  Rae Ann was nominated for the 2001 Computer World Premier 100.  She served on the World Leadership Team for Help Desk 2000, and is a certified trainer for STI Help Desk Professional Certification.

KATHY MILLER, PMP:  Kathy has over 25 years of experience as a project manager, recruiter and trainer at IBM, Bechtel and mid size companies across many industries.  Kathy has been rewarded throughout her career for driving projects and developing business processes. Her experience of rescuing troubled projects, working with executives and building successful teams led her to develop practical and effective training to help people solve their pressing needs. She has trained teams in presentation skills, project management, leadership, building teams and interviewing skills.

LAURET HOWARD:  NASCO is owned by six BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plans and, as NASCO’s Chief Risk Officer, Lauret ensures processes are in place to protect the personal health information of 23 million BCBS members. As NASCO’s Chief Risk Officer, Lauret focuses on NASCO’s compliance with the risk management expectations of customers, the senior leadership team, NASCO’s Board of Directors and government regulators. She is responsible for developing and managing an enterprise risk management (ERM) strategy to assess, identify, monitor and reduce pertinent business risks that could prevent NASCO from achieving its objectives and goals.  By managing a well-considered ERM strategy, she can balance NASCO’s portfolio of identified and quantified risks with a portfolio of resources to derive real value for our customers.  Lauret is the President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) and is a certified Strategy Management Professional.
